Kitchen – Belling 900 Dual Fuel Cookcentre oven, LG double door fridge, LG dishwasher, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave & Rice Cooker. Extensive range of cooking and baking utensils, crockery, cutlery and a vast range of glassware is provided. Serving and presentation items are also available. Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, assorted Nespresso coffee options, hot chocolate and a large range of tea’s are provided for your enjoyment. Paper towels, cling wrap, alfoil, napkins, salt, pepper, and sugar are provided as your cooking essentials.

Meeting Room – A business meeting room seating 12 comfortably with connectivity to enable online conference calls, zoom meetings or connect to the TV with BOSE sound bar for large display. This room can also be used as a formal dining room.

Laundry – Washing Machine, Dryer & washing powder provided together with other house cleaning products.

Six Car Garage – Electric Vehicle (EV) charging (Tesla) is available for guests to use free of charge. A pool table and table tennis table are set up in this area for guests to enjoy.

Internet & WiFi – We have unlimited free Wi-Fi available for you during your stay. We can also assist with Ethernet access if required.

Four TVs with BOSE sound bars – We provide free Netflix access on all TV’s. Each TV has a BOSE sound bar, plus an additional BOSE soundbar in the Lounge/Atrium area, that allows for streaming audio throughout the house.

Books & Games – The Library has a large supply of books available for your enjoyment during your stay. We have a number of quality games available, including Chess and Mah Jong.

Heating – Hydronic Heating for the whole house plus gas heater in the Living Lounge and open wood fire in the formal lounge. Wood is provided.

Cooling – Air conditioning in most areas of the house plus extra fans provided if required.

Wheelchair or Mobility access – The Homestead is on one level. A ramp is available to assist with door access. There are a small number of steps at the entrance and for access to the north facing yard and pool. The Master ensuite has a mobility rail in the shower. Pool – The 25 metre infinity edge salt chlorinated swimming pool is heated during the day between 26°C and 28°C (78°F and 82°F) over summer and the shoulder periods where feasible based on weather temperatures. Please note: No diving, running or glass in the pool area.

Alfresco area – Large outdoor furniture setting under the verandah overlooking the pool, perfect to sit and watch all the wildlife and take in the views.

BBQ – Commercial grade BBQ and BBQ tools are provided. BBQ is connected to main gas bottle supply. Outdoor plastic chairs are stored in the garage if required.

Outside Fire Pit – Large outdoor metal fire pit and chairs available to use subject to Total Fire Ban restrictions. Wood is supplied.

Mitchell River Access – Direct walking access to the banks of the Mitchell River.
