Electric Vehicle Charging

An Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station was recently installed into the 6 car garage of the Homestead. A Tesla Wall Connector was provisioned on a dedicated 3-phase 32-amp circuit with another circuit available for future expansion, based on demand. La Riva customers can charge their EV from within the garage during their stay. This is a free of charge service provided to La Riva guests only.
